Bookings are not transferable or refundable, however in certain circumstances bookings may be moved to another suitable date. To do this you must contact the venue either by email or by phoning directly at least 12 hours prior to the original booking taking place.
Payment must be made in full for packages where a VVIP table is required (Gold, Silver, Bronze). Tables are limited within the VVIP are and are only reserved on full payment. For customers opting to pay on arrival for their package, a table in the VVIP cannot be guaranteed unless one is available.
By making your booking on line, your details will be added to our database. From time to time we may contact you to offer you special discounts or advise you of forthcoming events. If you do not wish to be involved with this, please opt out when you receive your conformation email.
Once your booking has been completed you will receive a conformation email. YOU MUST BRING THE CONFORMATION EMAIL WITH YOU TO THE VENUE ON THE NIGHT OF YOUR EVENT.
Please make sure that you arrive at the venue in plenty time to answer you meet any time restrictions placed on your booking. There is often a queue to enter the venue and therefore it may take you additional time to reach the reception.
If you have booked queue jump, please make sure you notify the door stewards on your arrival. They will make sure you get priority admission
The management always reserve the right to refuse admission, without giving a reason. The venue does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to enter the premises. If you are under 25 you may be asked to produce a valid form of photo ID. It is also part of our licensing conditions to carry out random searching and sobriety testing. Anyone found in possession of any illegal items or who are deemed drunk will not be permitted into the venue and your booking will be cancelled.
